WHY BOX NEEDS YOU

Join our Data Science team to drive impactful change and help solve critical business challenges. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders, providing insights that accelerate product-market fit and shape strategic decisions. You’ll test growth ideas and validate assumptions using data-driven analysis, leveraging your skills in statistics and programming to automate, scale, and innovate. This position is ideal for a team player with a passion for using data to influence key business directions and who thrives in a collaborative, dynamic environment.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

  • Accelerate Learning: Help partners challenge assumptions about their products/services to strengthen foundations and drive product-market fit.

  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Use A/B testing to gather insights and improve our product, services, and core value proposition.

  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with GTM, product, and other teams to produce actionable business insights.

  • Data-Driven Solutions: Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Leaders, and Customer-Facing teams to design and implement data-driven solutions for critical business needs.

  • End-to-End Implementation: Manage data product development from ideation to deployment, aligning with company goals and objectives.

WHO YOU ARE 

  • MS in a data-related field or equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in a DS or Analyst role.

  • Exceptional skills in SQL and extensive experience working with relational databases.

  • Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to quickly gain the trust and confidence of your stakeholders.

  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.

$136,000$170,000 USD
