Role Overview: The Technical Pre-Sales group at Adobe collaborates with customers at all levels, from C-level executives to marketing and operational teams. The goal is to advise on solution strategies and technology solutions that support customer experience transformation and digital innovation. This involves deep dives into architecture and identifying prioritized paths forward for customers.
As an Enterprise Architect, you will be the primary technical driver for solution validation critical for closing deals and ensuring customer success. You will help brands to fully capitalize on their digital transformation, so they can deliver personalized, impactful experiences across all devices and channels through architecture diagrams aligning their goals to Adobe’s solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-level architecture assessments.
  • Collaborate with other Technical Pre Sales and Sales teams to align on Adobe solutions supporting customer needs.
  • Conduct analyses and develop high-impact recommendations.
  • Develop architectures leveraging the context of the customers ecosystem and Adobe solutions in support of the customer business goals.
  • Articulate the value of the proposed architectural recommendations and
  • Provide thought leadership around reference architectures.
  • Identify execution opportunities through Adobe’s solutions and services.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in one of the following areas: Enterprise Architecture, Digital Marketing, Database Administration, or Data Science.
  • Strong executive presence, presentation, communication and documentation skills.
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple customers with multiple deliverables simultaneously.
  • Passion for learning and the ability to quickly absorb new concepts.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, including research, hypothesis development, and recommendation synthesis.
  • Experience with Adobe solutions and APIs.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs (real-time data exchange).
  • SQL experience and the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Ability to visualize data sets using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and/or Adobe Analytics.
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML and the ability to discuss modeling with both data scientists and marketers.
  • Experience with ad technology (DMPs, DSPs, Ad servers, Ad Exchanges, Cross-Device Tracking platforms, etc.).
  • Familiarity with offline data environments (CRM systems, email platforms, data lakes).
  • Knowledge of data warehousing (data storage, movement, and security) to support optimal data modeling.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment.
  • High energy, personal drive, and positivity.
  • Open to remote candidates within the US who are willing to travel up to 30%.
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, data science, information technology, or similar disciplines.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $189,300 — $324,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
