• Provide administrative support executing activities and build effective relationships with those you support.
• Perform duties as needed related to budget, expenses and purchasing processes.
• Answer calls and emails, responding to queries and requests appropriately.
• Manage archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and company policy.
• Complete and update reports and maintain systems and data.
• Undertake additional projects and tasks as requested.
• Coordinate all logistics for travel, events, meetings, training, etc. where required.
Job specific requirements:
• 5+ years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of communication skills and curiosity.
• Ability to proactively managing needs of their customers.
• Flexibility.
• Strong service and client orientation.
• Creative thinking and strong problem-solving experience.
• Drive & independence to complete tasks on time.
• Demonstrates a collaborative approach using network across organization.
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and manage multi agenda topics.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is (USD 59,900.00-82,400.00); the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
