Role
The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for working with the NY Facilities team and Global Head of Facilities in managing the LA office in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards in areas of budget management & administration, physical facilities management, and employee relations. This is a part-time position (24 hours per week, Tuesday-Thursday).
Responsibilities
- Daily walkthroughs
- Manage and order supplies as needed
- Address any repair issues with all office equipment or within the space
- Review and distribute all mail
- Handle all deliveries, both incoming and outgoing
- Assist with weekly catered lunches
- Assist with virtual coverage of DC office
- Work with all maintenance vendors to ensure repairs completed in a timely manner
- Ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma
- 1+ years’ working as a Facilities Coordinator
- Proven experience in problem solving and meeting SLAs
- Critical thinking skills; comfort with suggesting changes/improvements in a proactive manner
- Willing to work a part-time schedule, Tuesday-Thursday, 24 hours per week.

Please note that the salary range information below is a good faith estimate for this position and actual compensation for any individual may fall outside this range if warranted by the circumstances applicable to that individual. If we identify a role that would be suitable for a broader range of skills and experience such that we would consider hiring at multiple levels then the range listed below may reflect that breadth.
This is an hourly part-time position and the estimated hourly rate is $28-36/hour. (This position is not eligible for benefits).
The actual compensation will be at Reorg’s sole discretion and will be determined by the aforementioned and other relevant factors.
