Who We’re Looking For (Position Overview):

Spry is on the search for Financial Analysts to join our team. The Financial Analysts will be responsible for compiling and analyzing financial information for our government customer. This includes:

· Developing integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations.

· Creating and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately.

· Identifying trends and developments in competitive environments and presenting findings to senior management.

· Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.

The Financial Analysts will also be working collaboratively with government and contractor personnel, participating in meetings, working groups, and more. They may also lead and direct a small team.

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements)

  • Proficiency with Internet Explorer/Chrome, Adobe Reader, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communications skills, both speaking and written.
  • Familiarity with a variety of financial analysis concepts, practices, and procedures. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related area
  • 7+ years of experience in financial analysis
  • Secret Clearance
