What we’re looking for:
The Group Vice President will lead and drive the sales strategy for large strategic accounts across various vertical industries. This role focuses on achieving revenue goals, expanding market share, and driving customer satisfaction by leveraging innovative tech-enabled solutions. The GVP will lead a high-performing sales team, develop and execute strategic sales plans, and build strong relationships with key enterprise customers.

Who you are:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, particularly in SaaS or tech-enabled services, with a proven track record of success.
- 5+ years of leadership experience, successfully managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle, including strategic account management, complex sales processes, account-based marketing, and value-based selling.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with customers and support the sales team.
How you will create impact:
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to regional and vertical markets, analyzing market trends and customer needs to inform strategic planning. Monitor KPIs to track progress and adjust as necessary.
- Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key enterprise customers and C-level executives, driving strategic partnerships that align with long-term customer goals.
- Sales Operations and Performance: Oversee the sales pipeline and forecast accuracy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer experience and implement effective sales tools.
- Revenue Growth and Market Expansion: Drive revenue growth by pursuing new business opportunities and expanding market share in targeted verticals. Negotiate and close high-value deals to ensure favorable terms.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, optimizing resource allocation to achieve business goals while controlling expenses.
Target base compensation amount for this role outlined below. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts shown below.
$175,000—$230,000 USD
