Your Impact

As IT Manager, your responsibilities will include:

As the IT Manager at Next Health, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the technology infrastructure across our locations and corporate headquarters. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and security of our IT systems, managing a team of engineers and analysts, and providing support to ensure efficient and effective IT services.

What to Expect

In this role you will;

– Provide comprehensive IT support to Next Health locations and the corporate headquarters, addressing technical issues and ensuring smooth operations.

– Oversee the company’s technology infrastructure, including cloud infrastructure, network systems, storage systems, and back-end server systems.

– Manage the provisioning of IT equipment and the creation of new hire accounts to ensure all employees are properly equipped.

– Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard company platforms against cybersecurity threats.

– Plan, organize, and direct the day-to-day activities of the IT Department to ensure high performance and productivity.

– Supervise the management and functionality of network systems and storage solutions, ensuring optimal performance.

– Manage and ensure the compliance and efficiency of legal applications used within the organization.

– Oversee and understand information protection measures to safeguard company data.

– Manage and maintain knowledge of M365 solutions (Office 365), Notion, EMR solutions, and etc.)

What You’ll Bring

Well qualified candidates will posses the following;

– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

– Proven experience in IT management, with a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, network systems, and storage solutions.

– Solid knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.

– Proficiency in managing and supporting M365 solutions, Notion, and EMR systems.

– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Expected Compensation

$75,000 – $80,000 /annual salary + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
