Job Description
Senior IT Project Manager – Software Quality Assurance – with a background in the DOD or IC to provide technical and management leadership on major tasks and technology assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead major technology assignments.
- Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
- Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
- Successfully manage quality programs with large numbers of personnel, equipment, and customers geographically dispersed.
- Effectively and efficiently manage the program QC Plan.
- Analyze data and brief senior leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of (10) ten years of experience
- A minimum of (3) three years of experience with scrum on a large scale
- A minimum of (3) three years of experience with Cross Domain Solutions
- A minimum of four years of experience in all phases of QA cycle (Waterfall and Agile)
- Demonstrated knowledge in Quality Control and Quality Assurance in Engineering, Cyber Systems, System Administration, and Development
- Advanced understanding of QA/QC approaches, methods, management, metrics, and responsibilities
- Quality management experience in contingency support operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project
- Knowledge of practical application of information operations for military operations
Preferred Qualifications:
- A minimum of (5) five years of experience with creating and running automated methods to deploy software products into the production environment.
- A minimum of (5) five years of experience of managing multiple QA analysts running multiple QA cycles.
- Certified Manager in Software Testing or an equivalent testing certification
Clearance Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- A current TS/SCI with CI Poly
