Tetrad Digital Integrity (TDI) is a leading-edge cybersecurity firm with a mission to safeguard and protect our customers from increasing threats and vulnerabilities in this digital age. We would like to add a new Junior Project Manager to our team.
The Junior Project Manager will assist the Project Management Office (PMO) Project Manager (PM) with executing Cybersecurity project management initiatives. You will have the opportunity work with the Office of Cybersecurity Directors and Engineers of a large Federal agency in Washington, DC, as they work to accomplish their cybersecurity mission.
This position will be on site.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cyber PMO, support the intake of projects from various engineering teams to include milestone development, task development, and subtask development.
- Execute tasks and drive project teams to ensure successful and on-time delivery for Cybersecurity work products.
- Prepare and present written communications, plans, reports, briefings, and briefing materials.
- Participate in meetings and discussions with internal and external stakeholders helping to track project status.
- Support Cybersecurity by making recommendations for operational improvement and executing processes to enhance situational awareness and efficiency.
- Support transition activities, as directed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s degree in related field with three (3) to five (5) years of demonstrated experience supporting project management initiatives within a cybersecurity or IT environment.
- Demonstrated experience establishing, documenting, and managing the scope, schedule, and resource allocation for projects and sustaining activities.
- Conduct briefings and present materials to large audiences and/or senior and executive management.
- Excellent time management and organization skills, handling multiple, simultaneous, and changing priorities under pressure and tight deadlines.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Working knowledge of Click-up, a project management tool.
- Knowledge of SharePoint or other collaboration technologies.
- Understanding of Agile project management
