Job Summary The Lead Sr. Power Platform Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable applications and reports. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who is passionate about transforming business requirements into actionable insights and automated workflows. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and support applications using Power Apps , Power BI , and Power Automate . Analyze business requirements and recommend solutions that leverage the Power Platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and best practices. Develop data models and visualizations in Power BI that provide insights into business operations, trends, and KPIs. Create and manage automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes and improve efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise in platform capabilities. Integrate Power Platform solutions with other systems, databases, and cloud services. Maintain and update existing Power Platform solutions, ensuring alignment with current business needs. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power Platform applications and workflows. Train and mentor junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and skill-building. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 7 years of experience in designing and implementing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform , specifically Power Apps , Power BI , and Power Automate . In-depth knowledge of data modeling, visualization best practices , and the Power Query language (M) . Strong understanding of DAX , Power FX , and custom connectors for the Power Platform. Proficiency in creating interactive and dynamic dashboards with Power BI. Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Azure services , SQL databases , and other enterprise systems. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Excellent communication skills and experience working in a collaborative environment.
