This role ensures the highest level of care is provided to residents, aligns with regulatory standards, and supports a collaborative and positive work environment for the nursing staff.: Job Functions: Provide clinical supervision and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. Oversee resident care plans, ensuring they are up-to-date and meet the individual needs of each resident. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures. Maintain open and effective communication with residents, families, and staff. Address and resolve any concerns or issues promptly. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care, incidents, and other pertinent information. Oversee the administration of medications and treatments, ensuring adherence to prescribed protocols. Act as a first responder in medical emergencies and manage crises effectively.: Education: Current LPN license required with experience in long term care or working with geriatric population preferred. CPR Certification.: Experience: Current and valid LPN license in the state of Florida. Minimum of three years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role in a skilled nursing facility. Graduate of an accredited LPN program. Additional education in nursing or healthcare administration is a plus. CPR/BLS certification required. Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.:
