The Opportunity
As part of the Software and Product Innovation – Testing and Quality Assurance team you lead the creation and implementation of impactful testing initiatives. As a Manager you guide the execution of our testing strategies, maintaining compliance and accuracy in regulated environments. You manage teams during phases of testing, including UAT coordination and reporting, and utilize test automation tools to analyze frameworks and suggest improvements.

– Utilize test automation tools to assess and enhance frameworks
– Guide the implementation of significant testing initiatives
– Recommend enhancements based on analysis
– Oversee reporting and documentation of testing results
– Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement
What You Must Have
– Bachelor’s Degree
– 5 years of managing IT quality assurance and control
What Sets You Apart
– Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering
– Agile Certification – PMP
– In-depth knowledge in MedTech/Healthcare regulated environments
– Experience in controls testing and reporting
– Testing with strictly regulated and sensitive test data
– Using proven interpersonal and communication skills
– Competence in Agile management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps
– Demonstrating extensive experience in test strategy and test plans definition
– Managing and deploying Salesforce changes with Flosum
– Possessing proficiency in test automation tools like Selenium

The salary range for this position is: $82,500 – $198,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
