- You will develop a deep understanding of our products and businesses and their associated data
- You will understand how metrics are defined and stored across multiple data sources and effectively combine them to enable custom reporting across Match Group portfolio businesses
- You will succinctly and persuasively communicate your findings and make recommendations – from informing long-term product roadmaps to responding to competitive pressures
- You will lead projects to continuously improve our data and reporting capabilities (e.g., proactively suggesting and building new reporting, fine-tuning and automating existing reporting, etc.)
We could be a match if:
- You have a strong blend of technical and functional professional analytical experience and are business-minded. You need to be able to “tell the story.”

- You are proficient in Excel, which includes analyzing datasets and synthesizing findings via Pivot tables and charts
- You have passion and analytical chops for developing and analyzing large, complex datasets and translating them into actionable insights
- Your verbal and written communication skills are excellent, and you can effectively tailor your communication of insights to specific audiences across functions and levels of management
- You have experience creating executive-facing PowerPoint presentations
- You have experience creating visualizations and dashboards in tools such as Quicksight, Tableau, or QlikView
- You have completed an undergraduate or graduate degree in a technical or quantitative field (bonus if you have a Business Analytics or Data Science concentration)
*Applicants will be required to complete a SQL skills assessment.
