Artera is seeking an experienced Manager for our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) focused on driving new business growth within the mid-market segment. Success in this role will be measured by the team’s ability to consistently achieve or exceed quota through effective lead generation and prospecting strategies. You will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure the team meets its targets. This position will report to our Director of Sales Development.

Responsibilities

  • 100% team quota attainment
  • Pipeline generation
  • Conduct regular 1-on-1s with your team and cross-functional partners
  • Lead team meetings
  • Review calls in order to properly coach and mentor team members
  • Coach, mentor, and analyze performance metrics to ensure the team meets its targets
  • Partner closely with the sales manager from the mid-market segment
  • Be an advocate for your team

Requirements

  • Previous sales management or team lead experience
  • SFDC (Salesforce)
  • Pipeline generation
  • SaaS experience
  • Healthcare / Health Tech experience
  • Must be willing to work out of our Santa Barbara office 5 days per week
  • BA degree or equivalent work experience

Bonus

  • Healthcare IT lead generation experience
  • Healthcare IT sales leadership experience
  • Cross functional / matrix experience with marketing, sales, service and product teams

LOCATION

Artera HQ is in Santa Barbara, CA and for this role, we require 5 days per week in the office.
