Job overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Automation Senior Associate to join our team, focusing on Global Banking. This role is pivotal in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for creating and implementing a lead scoring model within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to enhance lead qualification and prioritization.
Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for GCB sectors, leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from planning and execution to analysis and optimization.
  • Design and implement a lead scoring model within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to effectively prioritize and qualify leads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and business development, to align campaign strategies with business objectives.
  • Create and manage dynamic, multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, web, and social media, to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness and scalability.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations, such as CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, and CCPA.
  • Partner with analytics and MarTech teams to enhance campaign segmentation and personalization efforts.
  • Utilize project management tools to track and report on campaign progress, ensuring timely delivery and execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing automation strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on marketing automation and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM.
  • Proven experience in creating and implementing lead scoring models.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Technical skills required: database management, basic HTML, marketing automation, and project management tools.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or other marketing automation platform
  • Demand generation and lead-nurturing campaigns
  • Automate lead management process including qualification, enrichment, scoring, routing and reporting
