Job Description Job Description MET Healthcare Solutions, a Healthcare Management Group, is seeking a full time Medical Scribe/Quality Analyst (MSQA) to join our growing team in Houston, TX. MSQA’s create a summary of all medical records and documents received. The MSRS must ensure the records are documented accurately and summarized in detail. MSQA’s may also be required to transcribe new completed files based on the physicians completed forms and perform other duties/ special projects as needed. Available shifts are Monday-Friday, 8am to 5 pm with occasional Saturday work when needed. This position requires your presence in our Houston office in the Heights area at least two days per week (Hybrid schedule is only after training has been completed). PLEASE NOTE: Application must include WPM otherwise it will be reviewed. Qualified candidates must complete typing assessment prior to start date. Responsibilities: Review medical records and extract data including histories, records, and other health-related information Create a clinical summary based on all available documentation Enter data from electronic medical records into MET databases Other duties as may be assigned Required Skills/Qualities: Communicates effectively and professionally Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy requirements Prior experience with medical record review, medical claims, quality assurance, peer reviews, or case management is preferred Company Description A healthcare management group, URAC-accredited as an independent review organization (IRO).
