Job Description Job Description Job Title: ADN/VN Clinical Administrator Summary: The ADN/VN Clinical Administrator’s responsibilities include but are not limited to developing and maintaining clinical affiliations, and maintaining records of the clinical education component. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and maintains clinical affiliations at facilities for nursing clinical rotations Coordinates schedules for clinical rotations, coordinates faculty assignments for clinical staff Collects records and reports, retains case logs, and clinical evaluations Ensures that students meet clinical affiliate requirements for the rotation in a clinical setting Attends mandatory faculty meetings and in-service activities Maintains continuing education and professional growth activity and documentation Ensure compliance with all state, federal, institutional, and programmatic regulations Adheres to academic policies/procedures for compliance Assist ADN and VN Program Directors, Director of Operations, Assistant Director of Education/Education Coordination with administrative functions Other duties as assigned Education/Experience: Associates degree required, Bachelors preferred in healthcare or business related field Three to five years of experience in working with clinical placement, instruction of allied health students and/or nursing clinical students (preferably on the college level), or a combination of education and experience commensurate with the requirements of this position Ability to work with adults in an educational setting
