Reporting to the Director of Casual Dining, your main priority is driving our strategy and programs with a set group of On-Premise National Accounts. You will be the owner of all business-related activities at national and market levels covering the West Coast. You will work across multiple teams (sales, distribution, marketing, finance, operations, and legal) at Headquarters (HQ) and regional levels to ensure that the goals of these customers are achieved. Your main responsibilities will include increasing vertical and horizontal distribution, volume, in outlet execution and scalable programs within your assigned accounts; budget management; and developing productive business relationships with senior management at the customer’s HQ offices.

Job Description

NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Implement short- and long-term strategies and activities consistent with RBNA goals and standards.

Build mutually beneficial relationships with account decision makers and partners.

Customize presentations using business insights to appeal to our customer’s needs to gain execution and programming.

Identify target accounts and gather necessary insights to develop compelling proposals that secure new business.

Negotiate contracts to increase execution and programming while maintaining appropriate spends per case.

Conduct business reviews and holds partners accountable to deliver upon agreed upon execution and programs.

Guide the business planning and budget process for the assigned businesses.

Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor insights.

CROSS FUCTIONAL FACILITATION

Build relationships and credibility throughout our organization to influence and lead programs at the field level.

Work with HQ On Premise Marketing and Brand Marketing to create custom account programs and ensure brand standards are intact.

Communicate with internal partners to lead implementation, and to provide and receive account and program feedback.

Conduct regular reviews with SDOPs and DOPs to view program results and year to go plans.

Align with Distribution Team and Partners to ensure best route to market and close mandated distribution.

ON PREMISE MRAKETING PROGRAMS

Create account programs that deliver a premium product experience relevant to each to account to increase incremental volume.

Work with trade marketing and 3rd party agencies to develop relevant print/social/ digital programming to help us increase brand and product relevance.

Develop programs to motivate, engage and reward staff.

ADMINISTRATION MANAGEMENT

Manage budget by account maintaining proper rate per case and return on investment.

Forecast and track monthly volume by account chain.

Analyze monthly distribution and non-buy reports creating plan to close gaps.

Qualifications

6+ years On Premise Sales and Key Account experience

Experience using internal and external data sources to provide insights (i.e. CPM, BI Links, Sales Data).

Negotiation experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage

Additional Information

The base salary range for this position is 147,000 to $162,000 + cash incentives

Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience.

The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
