Job Description

GCyber is seeking an Operations Voice Manager, to support a high profile DISA customer. As an Operations Voice Manager, you will ensure the seamless delivery of voice services, including VoIP and Telecomm, within a high-security environment.
As an Operations Voice Manager, you will:

  • Oversee the operation, maintenance, and enhancement of voice communication systems, including VoIP and telecom, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Lead and mentor a team of voice communications professionals, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for scalable, resilient, and secure voice communication infrastructure.
  • Monitor system performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively to minimize impact on operations and service quality
  • Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure compliance with security standards, including TS and SCI requirements.
  • Manage vendor relationships, monitor system performance, and drive continuous improvement through industry best practices and innovation.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field
  • 10+ years if experience in voice communication operations, with a focus on VoIP and Telecomm technologies within a DoD environment
  • Security+ Certification
