Part time On Site School Project Coordinator

Our mission is to enable equitable, high-quality, and cost-effective district managed tutoring for school districts of all sizes. You can be part of our unique SaaS start-up that integrates with schools’ existing tech infrastructure and instructional tools to enable school districts and other student-serving organizations to provide equitable access to high quality, flexible, and targeted student support.

What will you do as a Part time On Site School Project Coordinator in Philadelphia?

  • Love to support school districts? You will ensure that the district tutoring implementation is operating as planned. You will meet with school teams regularly to analyze tutoring data and establish timelines.
  • Passionate about increasing student attendance for tutoring? You will monitor data, attendance plans and will leverage school resources to increase student engagement.
  • Do you enjoy building relationships? You will work to build strong relationships with schools through on site visits, meeting participation, technical support and problem solving.

What you will need to be successful here:

  • Experience in The School District of Philadelphia
  • Experience using technology platforms and assisting others as needed
  • Comfortable utilizing or learning new technology to support communication within the company and/or school district (ie., Slack, Zendesk, Littera TMS platform, BetterLesson)
  • Experience implementing curriculum within a district (literacy preferred) 
  • Resourceful, self-starter and creative problem-solving ability
  • Ability to conduct oneself with responsibility, integrity, accountability, and excellence
  • Excellent communication and writing skills 
  • Excellent organization and time management skills 
  • Comfortable working with school teams/groups 
  • Relationship builder with a growth mindset who will focus on achieving the tutoring goals
  • Experience working with cross-functional school teams (e.g. admins, teachers, support teams, counselors)
  • Compliance with school district requirements for school site personnel (ie., Fingerprinting and up-to-date Tuberculosis testing) 
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week, Monday – Friday 
  • A passion for Littera’s mission
