Position Overview: Revive RX is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead and manage our dynamic pharmacy team in Houston, TX. Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy Operations, the Pharmacy Manager will oversee a team of 60-70 staff members, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. The position offers a flexible on-site schedule from 6 AM to 8 PM, including weekends, with an attractive compensation package. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the daily operations of the pharmacy, including overseeing the dispensing of medications, inventory management, and regulatory compliance. Supervise and provide leadership to a team of 60-70 staff, including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support personnel. Develop and implement effective workflows, ensuring a high standard of accuracy and efficiency in prescription processing. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by coaching, mentoring, and counseling staff to enhance performance and professional development. Manage inventory control, ensuring medications are stocked appropriately and inventory levels are optimized. Collaborate with internal departments to streamline operations and implement lean management practices. Analyze pharmacy performance metrics and operational data to drive improvements and achieve performance goals. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing pharmacy operations Qualifications: Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution. Must have a current and unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of Texas. 3-5 years of experience in pharmacy management, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in lean methodologies and process improvement. Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and varying shifts between 6 AM to 8 PM. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
