As a Private Client Operations Manager in our Private Client Services group, you will be an experienced leader with comprehensive knowledge of client operations within the high-net-worth space. You will be responsible for leading team members located in offices across the country, serving as a mentor, coach, and contributor to the overall business. You will anticipate, facilitate, and advance operations through process improvements, defect resolution, and enhancements to workflows and team tasks. Additionally, you will collaborate with multiple business area stakeholders to drive related Client Operations and broad Private Client Services initiatives forward.

Have a minimum of 7 years of experience with at least 3 years in a people management position.

College degree preferred

Southern California Base Salary Range: $131,596-$210,554
New York Base Salary Range: $139,498-$223,197
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
