About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full product lifecycle of our laundry and garment care software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to define, build, and launch products that delight our customers and achieve business objectives. We’re seeking someone who thrives in solving complex problems, understands customer needs, and is ready to make a meaningful contribution to our growing company.

This role will be expected to work EST hours.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap:
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy.
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Product Discovery & Definition:
  • Conduct user research, gather customer feedback, and analyze market trends to understand customer needs and pain points.
  • Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Create and maintain product documentation, including user manuals, release notes, and FAQs.
  • Product Development & Launch:
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
  • Monitor product performance, track key metrics, and analyze user data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Plan and execute product launches, including go-to-market strategies and communication plans.
  • Product Evangelism
  • Educate internal and external stakeholders on product features and benefits.
  • Represent the product roadmap and vision to customers, partners, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry influencers.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Continuously improve product development processes and workflows.
  • Identify and implement best practices for product management.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and growing products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work independently.
  • Passion for diving into a unique industry.
