Based in Houston, TX, this position offers an opportunity to oversee impactful renewable energy projects in a dynamic and growing industry. Key Responsibilities Project Oversight : Manage all phases of solar project delivery, including bidding, scheduling, resource allocation, and final construction. Ensure projects adhere to high standards of quality and efficiency. Relationship Management : Maintain open communication with architects, engineers, and general contractors to secure consistent client satisfaction and foster strong partnerships. Financial Management : Handle the financial aspects of each project, such as billing, cost tracking, and budget management, to ensure the protection and profitability of Sunshine Renewable Solutions. Issue Resolution : Lead efforts to address project changes, Requests for Information (RFIs), and scope modifications promptly to maintain project momentum. Documentation & Closeout : Oversee project closeout activities, including documentation, recordkeeping, and cost analysis, contributing to a robust construction database and team debriefs. Team Development : Provide day-to-day guidance, mentorship, and support to field supervision teams, fostering an environment that ensures project success. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years in commercial or industrial construction, with direct experience in electrical contracting, ideally within the renewable energy sector. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a high-volume, fast-paced setting. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a knack for effective communication. Proficient in project management software and estimating. Highly organized with a solutions-oriented mindset to navigate complex project requirements.
