Job Description

A career in our SAP Data and Analytics practice, within SAP Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients maximise the value of their SAP investment with offerings that address sales, finance, supply chain, engineering, and human capital. We provide comprehensive consulting, system integration and implementation services across multiple SAP applications, products and technologies. Simply put, we focus on delivering business led, technology enabled change for our clients including industry specific enterprise resource planning and the latest in mobile, analytics and cloud solutions. In joining our data and analytics team, you’ll work with our clients to leverage SAP applications to transform their data management and governance and analytics processes by enhancing their core transaction processing and reporting competencies ultimately strengthening their ability to support management decision making and corporate strategy.

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and success with consulting, designing, implementing, supporting and leading significant tracks on larger project or leading medium-sized consulting engagements within the SAP product suite, including:

  • Pursuing opportunities to develop existing and new skills outside of the comfort zone;
  • Understanding key concepts and communicating effectively with functional/technical staff, business stakeholders and IT management;
  • Communicating technical concepts to nontechnical people to enhance understanding and drive decisions that lead to positive outcomes;
  • Utilizing organizational skills with the ability to perform under pressure and management of multiple priorities with competing demands for resources;
  • Acting to resolve issues which prevent effective team working, even during times of change and uncertainty;
  • Coaching others and encourage them to take ownership of their development;
  • Analyzing complex ideas or proposals and building a range of meaningful recommendations;
  • Synthesizing multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations;
  • Addressing sub-standard work or work that does not meet firm’s/client’s expectations;

  • Developing and managing relationships with client stakeholders;
  • Contributing to continuous development of methods and tools, thought leadership and internal propositions;
  • Shaping and delivering projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria;
  • Executing business development activities to identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients;
  • Training, coaching, and supervising team members;
  • Utilizing depth of experience with SAP Activate/ASAP Methodology & SAP Solution Manager;
  • Performing an AMS engagement lead role or implementation Workstream Lead role, Cutover Manager or Test Manager role across multiple S/4 HANA engagements;
  • Developing ‘Agile’ Delivery methods;
  • Utilizing previous experience from a top consulting firm; and,
  • Managing and growing stakeholder relationships.

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 – $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
