- Discover and incorporate interesting trends and non-traditional reference
- Work within the team to uphold cohesion and maintain the art vision
- Cultivate healthy relationships between initiatives and games teams
- Express character and story through your designs
- Explore creative solutions to establish a unique visual identity for the characters in the game
- Craft detailed concept art for 3D artists
- Work with game designers to ensure all concepts meet constraints/requirements of gameplay needs
- Create/maintain detailed style guides and character specification documents that outline the constraints when concepting skins
- Collaborate with the other artists on the team by providing and receiving creative/team feedback and providing clear creative goals and outcomes to your team
Required Qualifications
- BA in Game Art Development (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of combined professional experience in the game industry
- Shipped at least 1 shipped AAA game title

Desired Qualifications:
- Experience working on professional game titles
- Experience working in a game team environment
- Leadership, management, or mentorship experience
- Affinity for Runeterra IP or a general knowledge of League of Legends
- Experience with fighting games and the FGC (Fighting Game Community)
When submitting your application, please provide a portfolio of your high-quality character concept art – including stylized artwork. And as a part of the application process, you may also be asked to complete an art test.
