Working at Atlassian
Atlassians can choose where they work – whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.

You will oversee vendor and venue partners, ensuring all stakeholders are working together to deliver coordinated and seamless event experiences. You will manage leadership reviews and post-event debriefs to ensure we are constantly evolving our strategy by applying lessons learned to build strong and strategic relationships with these partners. We’re looking for a great communicator who can understand complex issues, looks forward to identify and preempt challenges, solve problems, and support your peers across the portfolio of other Proprietary Events.
What we’ll expect you to have on your first day:

- 2+ years experience working with a high growth enterprise technology company/client
- Excellent written and presentation skills with the ability to present ideas and concepts to senior and executive level employees clearly, strategically, and succinctly
- Direct experience and ownership producing various-sized event programs, with a strong eye for detail
- Strong, demonstrated project and budget management expertise
- End-to-end event strategy experience, from developing program goals using data, to ensure creation and execution of event programs you manage against defined goals.
- Experience overseeing event design, and creating impactful and memorable attendee event experiences
- Ability to build and cultivate strong relationships with key internal and external partners
- International project management experience, including previous oversight of localization needs and international budget / finance management.
- Ability to multi-task and manage through change, with short notice and frequent interruptions while staying focussed and productive
- Strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage an evolving list of deliverables to assess and action the most critical needs in priority order
- Ability to effectively delegate work and build strong peer and vendor relationships
- Willingness to singularly manage all aspects of a program
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Mac, or G Suite
It’s great but not required that you have:
- Experience from both corporate and event agency (especially with event management and execution)
