- 7+ years of experience in Partner management within a high-growth SaaS company, with a proven track record of scaling programs and driving revenue.
- Experience managing partner leads throughout the entire deal cycle (from lead submission to closed won) and owning a revenue target
- Experience in HR tech or adjacent fields managing Brokers, HR Consultants, PE/VC’s – huge plus!
- Proven ability to build and scale a Channel Partner book of business from the ground up, including recruiting, onboarding, and developing new partners.
- Ability to lead external conversations with C-suite executives and influence internal stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen, capable of navigating ambiguity and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate impact and align stakeholders on key initiatives.
