About this Role

Under minimal supervision, work with the Integration team for large enterprise deployments to convert legacy systems to the Workday cloud-based Enterprise Performance Management software platform. Duties include: develop custom integrations across different areas of focus including Payroll, Benefits, Core HCM, Recruiting, Finance, and Inventory using Workday tools such as Workday Studio, Cloud Connectors, Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Business Intelligence and Reporting (BIRT); and test integrations and assist customers with their testing needs including creating and executing specific test scenarios.

 

Additional duties include: troubleshoot the product configuration and work closely with vendors and the customer’s team to resolve any issues or provide optimal product configuration to meet the customer’s business requirements; work closely with the customer’s project team to design, develop, and deploy the customer’s various technical requirements while leading internal status initiatives and helping to manage internal timelines and project resources; support existing Workday customers with integration-related requests; meet with customers and vendors to document both business and technical requirements for integrations and track completion of deliverables throughout the implementation lifecycle; and provide knowledge transfer to customer resources making sure they understand and can effectively use the implemented solutions.

 

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, and 6 months of experience integrating legacy systems with the Workday cloud-based Enterprise Performance Management software platform using Workday Studio, Core Connector, Enterprise Interface Builder, Business Intelligence and Reporting (BIRT), and Workday Cloud Connect, and web service technologies such as REST, SOAP, JSON, and XSLT. Travel nationally (up to 10%) to the customer’s site to participate in requirements gathering sessions, integration design approvals, and production go-live support. Apply at invisors.com/careers.
