Are you following the Olympics in Paris? I was especially excited to see Katie Ledecky compete in the 1500m. Introducing advanced revenue tracking for Jobs

The real goal for any recruitment business is to understand how much revenue they are making and who that revenue belongs to on their team.

new Advanced Revenue Tracking With this feature, Recruiterflow now allows you to track and attribute revenue across different job types such as Contingent, Retained, Contract, RPO, etc. This allows you to:

  • Track past, current, and forecasted revenue from all jobs.
  • Identify which job types to focus on to maximize revenue.
  • Allocate revenue to specific user roles.

Maintaining data sanity while terminating jobs

Once a job posting has closed, what happens to the candidates in your recruitment pipeline?

Clearing the pipeline when closing a job maintains the data sanity of your candidate profiles. To achieve this, we’ve added the ability to bulk disqualify candidates when closing a job and assign specific disqualification reasons for each stage.

This is an optional step and can be disabled in the job settings.

Improved drill-down in the Stage Movement Breakdown report

You’ve requested the ability to view candidates in your reports, and we’ve responded. Click on a report number to instantly see which candidates are progressing through the stages in the Stage Movement Breakdown report.

This feature will be added to all other reports in the coming weeks.

LinkedIn to End Free Job Postings for Staffing and Recruitment Agencies

LinkedIn will now require staffing and recruiting agencies to use Promoted Job Posts. Here’s what you need to know.

  • Who may be affected? Members who post jobs through their personal LinkedIn account or through Recruiter Lite.
  • What will you need? Staffing and recruitment agencies will have to advertise their jobs on LinkedIn and will no longer be able to post jobs for free.
