The Stadium Experience is 18Number The annual Stadium Events & Hospitality Awards will be held at the American Express Stadium, home of Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club. Thursday 3rd July 2025Around 450 guests from stadium venues across the UK will enjoy an exclusive four-course menu, awards ceremony, live entertainment and a DJ after-party until 3am.

Amex is one of the south coast’s most exciting conference, event and meeting venues, set in the picturesque South Downs National Park and boasts 10 stunning conference and event lounges and 23 executive boxes which offer complete flexibility and are ideal for meetings, corporate, private and social events of all sizes. The 2025 Awards Ceremony will be held in the stunning Mayo Wynn Baxter Lounge, where guests will sample an exclusive club-exclusive, award-winning ‘Tunnel Club’ menu produced by MasterChef: The Professionals winner Steven Edwards.

The nationally recognised awards recognise and reward the hard work and dedication of catering, meetings and events teams at the UK’s stadium venues, including football, rugby and cricket venues.

Key Dates

Entries for most of the 2025 categories will open in the coming weeks, with the deadline being Monday the 31st.st March 2025. The official results will be announced at an awards ceremony on Thursday, March 3rd.rd July 2025.

Independent Awards Jury

Each award category is judged independently (Stadium Experience does not judge any of the awards); some categories are decided by a vote of Stadium Directors, the British Culinary Federation hosts and judges the Chef Team of the Year awards and Salon Culinaire judges the Matchday Hospitality awards. Most categories are decided by a team of experts with many years of experience in their field who vote for the top three.
