Freemason Hall Over two days, over 100 of London’s top venues and creative event suppliers attended, providing inspiration for your Christmas events and great networking. The show was filled with Christmas spirit, and this year’s theme of “Vintage Christmas” was brought to life with the most gorgeous and luxurious florals provided by show sponsors. Hybrid Flowerand the most enjoyable entertainment wonder!
Guests enjoyed delicious food and drinks provided by London’s leading event catering company. Moving venuespresented the most delicious selection of canapes, bowl food and food stations, accompanied by fine wines and show-stopper cocktails. NEFT VodkaMoving Venue also featured in the lineup of workshops and hosted a hugely popular ‘Canape Creation Competition’ where those booking for the event competed to create the ultimate bite-sized appetiser.

The show also featured a range of seminars, workshops and interactive sessions which drew in huge numbers of attendees. Some of our favourites included “New Venues Open Top 2024/25” by Venue Search London, Enhancing Your Christmas Party Add-ons with a panel of industry experts, a Paint & Sip Workshop by Art Sippers, Christmas Table Styling with Truffle Tablescapes and a range of roundtable sessions by organisers Story Events. Not to mention the special guest appearance by one of the UK’s most beloved Michelin-starred chefs and renowned podcast host, Angela Hartnettsat down with Chloe Jackson, Managing Director of Moving Venue to discuss the art of catering.
New to this year’s show, and very well received, was the Wellness Lounge, sponsored by health experts. Thrive in your field of expertiseThroughout the two days of the show, Be In Your Element offered a variety of activities including breathing exercises, mindful meditation, positivity teas, affirmations and even “hugs” (glowing!) All sessions were designed to help visitors and exhibitors rebalance, refocus, reenergise and rejoin the world of the event with mindful intention – an extra feature no one knew they needed.
