There are some exciting updates coming to Recruiterflow this month.

Use RF GPT to generate summaries, screening questions, job pitches, and candidate insights.

Introducing RF GPT, a new recruiting assistant designed to streamline your daily work. Trained on extensive recruiting data, RF GPT helps you:

New comprehensive earnings report

Last month, we introduced the first part of revenue tracking by job engagement type and billing settings, and now we’re enhancing it with comprehensive revenue reports that give you even deeper insights.

  • See revenue by job type: contingent, ongoing, RPO, contract, etc.
  • Visualize future revenue streams.

Pro Tip: To enable this feature, make sure that the job engagement type and billing are set.

Based on all your feedback on our mobile apps, we’ve added list views of candidates and contacts. You can now:

  • Filter candidates and contacts View based on job, stage, lead owner, company, source, and more right from your phone.
  • Access your activities, files, and scorecards Stay up to date on the go, wherever you are.

Add multiple senders to a campaign for consistency and scalability

You can now add multiple team members as senders when creating or duplicating a campaign. Distributing emails across multiple senders reduces the risk of spam blocking. Smart sender assignment also prioritizes team members who have received responses from recipients in the past six months; otherwise, the campaign will be sent in a round-robin fashion.
