How to play

Your hero runs on their own through a ninety-second level. Jump over paperwork and hurdles, slide under red tape and anything hanging low, and switch between three lanes to get around blocks and line up with pickups. Throw your resume to stop enemies like micromanagers, ATS drones and recruiter bots. Use the pad under the game: Up and Down switch lanes, Left jumps (hold for higher), Right throws a resume and the center button slides. On a keyboard, the arrow keys or W A S D work the same way, Space slides and F also throws.

Five worlds, five bosses

Run through Corporate Chaos City, Burnout Beach, the Factory of Rejection, the AI Interview Nebula and the Bureaucracy Temple, each with its own hero. Every world ends with a boss that takes a stack of resumes to bring down: the Executive Titan, the Overworked Olympian, the Rejection Colossus, the Algorithmic Oracle and the Bureaucratic Behemoth. Bosses telegraph their attacks, get angrier as they take hits, and open up for a moment after each attack.

A laugh at the job market

Comic-book callouts like Circle Back!, Per My Last Email! and Hiring Freeze! turn the frustrations of a job search into something you can jump over. Every enemy stands for something real job seekers run into; the field guide to the bosses explains each one and how to beat it outside the game too.
